VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED TO MAN THE HZBA TABLE AT THE FALL FEST

We still need help with manning the HZBA table at the Hereford Fall Fest, especially for Saturday afternoon, October 18.
If possible, we would like to have at least 2 people signed up for each of the 2-hour time slots.
Please let us know by Wednesday evening so we can plan ahead.
Even if a time slot is full, you are more than welcome to come help… the extra hands will probably come in handy.

Volunteers will need a wristband to enter for free. Rose will provide more information regarding the wristbands.

Parking: Other than those setting up, all volunteers need to park at the York Rd parking area and be shuttled in.

Added perk, this can also be a great way for you to advertise your business.
Wear your company attire or bring some promotional items to place on one of the HZBA tables.

Everyone who helps man the HZBA tables gets free admission, but you will need to be on Rose’s list.

For questions, email Rose at rjolle@constructionvikings.com or call her at 609-709-0869.
