Rose Hilgartner called the HZBA meeting to order on April 10, 2003 at 7:00 p.m.

Old business:

1. HZBA Directory: A copy for review was passed around at the meeting for any final changes. Rose will let the printer know of any changes and it will be printed this week.
2. Food bank contest: to date HZBA has donated 5lbs. Plus $285. The food bank is keeping track of this for us.
3. Sign up sheet was passed around for businesses to sign up for a presentation of their business. We need more member businesses to attend the monthly meetings and to give their presentations.

New Business:

1. Handling of donation requests from scouts, schools etc.: We need a way to make it fair. Nearly all who attended this meeting believe we should not give to any of these requests. As a group we feel a scholarship may be possible. For now the idea is tabled.

Committee Reports:

1. Treasurer report: Jeanne Reynolds was handed out.
2. Web Site update: Glenn - no presentation. As a reminder, each member business is encouraged to develop a banner ad for the website. The banner ad should be 500 by 100 pixels.
